Big Country BBQ

Any combo of tri tip, chicken, steak, or pork. Served with potato salad, mac and cheese, dinner rolls, and coleslaw.

Reef n Beef BBQ

Tri tip and split lobster stuffed with Portuguese linguiça rice. Served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, Caesar salad, sourdough rolls, and drawn butter.

Santa Maria Style Taco Bar

Choice of tri tip, chicken, mahi mahi, shrimp, or lobster. Includes corn and flour tortillas, onion, cilantro, lime, and green and red salsas.
